    LionPost is a digital greeting card (e-card) creation and sharing platform that allows users to:

    • Create personalized digital greeting cards
    • Upload images and add custom text
    • Record and attach audio messages
    • Use AI-powered theme generation
    • Select from pre-designed templates for various occasions
    • Share cards via link, email, or SMS
    • Send cards anonymously via SMS (Premium feature)

    5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

    5.1 Premium Plan

    • Unlimited card creations
    • Unlimited shares
    • Anonymous SMS sending feature
    • Monthly and yearly subscription options available

    5.2 Payment

    Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan). Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).

    5.3 Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@lionpost.com with the subject line "Cancel." Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

    6.1 Ownership

    You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using our Service ("User Content"), including images, text, and audio recordings you upload or create.

    By uploading or creating User Content, you grant LionPost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

    • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
    • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
